Very disappointed with the lack of service I have received. I have four pets and they just lost all of my business to another, much better practice. They don’t follow up, and I don’t matter as a customer. The vet techs were great and that’s all I can really say that’s positive. I have zero confidence in their staff overall.
They care about every pet like it was their own. Dr. Grunewald is extremely knowledgeable, and explains everything to you thoroughly. We met her when one of our dogs got out and was struck by a car during rush hour. She as transported there by Animal Control, stabilized and we were referred to a surgeon for her broken leg. They called the day after her surgery to see how she was doing, and they were not our regular vet. But it convinced us to switch, and we've been going there ever since.
Dr Mueller is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian.
Dr. Mueller and the staff are amazing, I’ve never had a bad experience!
Dr. Dowling is a consummate professional. I am very sad to see her name- and that of other good God fearing dedicated veterinarians being called vile names by a person who needs God in her life. Turn to God, Marcie. And Get that Rx filled. We both know you need it, you have hope, please do it.
I took my dog in on 6/21/19. I left without my dog. Dr Mueller stayed that my dog wouldn’t make it through the weekend, so I believed her! It’s been a battle with Emily , she’s very unprofessional. I was under $1.00 short of paying for everything, but she stuck to her script. I retained my own crematory to pick up my dog’s body. I finally received my dog’s medical records ( minus the xrays) and the records have been altered. My dog saw DR MUELLER, not DR WATSON. my dogs have gotten nothing short of perfect treatment. everyone there cared and is very helpful. I moved here in November and this was one of my better choices!
The staff is fantastic and I love Dr. Gruenwald. She is so thorough and takes time to explain everything. They have taken such great care of all of my dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
