I've been inside ALOT of different apartment complexes in omaha and the surrounding areas, these are on the better end and especially for the money. I've seen the lowest of the low and the top of the top. These are good apartments.

Please - if you live here, go to Timberland Partners website. Their policy states that if you haven't had repairs done within 3 days, give it to them (Legacy Crossing, I assume) in writing, and your rent is FREE until they fix it. I'm talking to corporate now to get my daughter out of there. Atrocious management, RUDE management, and my daughter deserves a place where they fix things that are broken in a timely manner (waiting 9 weeks now, no repair), and isn't bug infested. Done.

I'm disappointed because I am still waiting on my referral money when my niece moved in early December. I have went to the leasing office at least 5 times and they assured me that it will be handled Last week I spoke with Jessica who assured me that she would call me back. Guess what I am still waiting.....

Poor management , poor maintenance, over priced ghetto apartments. But if you're a pot head or like to get a contact high this is the place to live! For how much this apartment complex cost for rent it's not worth anything. Nothing is ever an emergency . Currently we have both sinks in the kitchen backed up, water leaking out of the dishwasher all over the floor , called at 8:00 this morning and was told its not an emergency. Last year during a rain storm we had water dripping on the electrical wires...they wouldn't come out... read more
