The absolute WORST apartment complex to live in. Management is a f$&king joke, maintenance is slow as hell, no one is ever in the office to answer the phone, the spare key they have in the office can magically leave the property and no one will remember when you renewed your lease (after you've told them at the least 5 times that you already have) and tell you you have to pay a transfer fee because they were unaware that you've renewed your lease
This place absolutely sucks. Management is atrocious. Would not recommend.
They never fix anything, rent is so high and not even worth it... every time I go to the office it's new people working. Pool was closed all summer!! I could go on and on but I'd rather not. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.
It appears the management still sucks, even after they get a news story documenting their incompetence. Stay away, there are so many other options in Omaha, why would you even bother?!
Omg worst place ever my own family members warned me and my wife not to move in and we didn't listen never fixed a thing bathroom ceiling leaked damages dead bugs on the floor always smelt like weed just a horrible experience got a new management team and its still the same horrible experience moved out after 6 months
