My Roomate and I lived here a few years ago. I should have reviewed this place back then. They are absolutely terrible and I've heard they've gotten far worse. please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you are looking at reviews to see if you should live here, this is it do not do it. The "show room" is a hoax and probably the only place that's actually taken care of because no one lives there. The air leaks and costed us over 200 dollars for an electric bill. You won't save money here.
As of right now the rating is 1.6 out of 5 lots and lots of issues, why are people renting at this place seems like they are running things a bit shady here I am thinking best to look someplace else.
it's a slum ran by money hungry slum lords.
Do not move to legacy crossing maintenance do not keep up on fixing things at all I have proof of things they have not fixed in my unit cannot wait until my lease is up to move . I also have contacted legal aide it’s that deep do not move to legacy they are bad business

This is a current list of things not working or not fixed in my apartment along with when they have been submitted. 1. The dishwasher is broken and does not work was reported two days ago. 2. The kitchen sink empties into the dishwasher and is leaking all over the kitchen floor was reported to 24 hour maintains 2 days ago. 3. The second sink in the kitchen pipe becomes detached and spills out water on to the floor. It was reported on the punch list when I moved in (in August) and has not been addressed. 4. I don't recommend this place at all for all the dissatisfied reasons below plus my own. One is that they didn't honor their February advertised special. I can give you a list of other reasons why this place isn't ideal. It reminds me of Wintergreen firmly Myott Park apartments seriously. I suggest looking elsewhere.
