Well for one I found this car while stationed overseas and made an appointment to go see it. So I made sure to reach out and contact them and stayed in contact until I came back to the states. I drove over a hundred miles to buy the vehicle and was told the person I had been dealing with was not there at the time we agreed on. These guys are small, but really treat you like family. Great selection, fair pricing and an overall wonderful experience.
The vehicle was not even close for a test drive. The transmission slipped out of drive during my test drive and the vehicle was in such a mess that I don't see how they could have been proud of letting someone see the vehicle in such a condition.
