Had a Sales member named Beth reach out to me about the truck. I told her the loan value of the truck was 28,000 and I would make her an offer of 31,000. She didn’t respond for several days and when I called her, she told me that the truck was sold. I called back and talked to Sales and they said the truck had just sold that afternoon - I don’t like people who lied to me because they don’t like my offer. She could have just told me no
Despite communicating that we were driving 4+ hours to definitely buy the truck and they sold it out from under us and then made little to no effort to make it right
