I am a recent widow and moved here in July after selling our home of over 22 years. I have loved living here. The location is perfect and the apartments are luxury compared to the ones I looked at. The maintenance guys are awesome and willing to help me with any projects I need done inside my apartment. I’m not sure why several people have such negative comments. If I felt that strongly about issues, I would just move.
This place is like being on a permanent vacation! Staff are friendly and responsive. My sister is planning on moving here next year.
We moved to Legacy last August from Massachusetts! Our experience here has been beyond expectations. The office team is very friendly and extremely helpful. The maintenance team or 'the boys' as my wife refers to them has quickly responded to the few issues. We love the pool and have made a number of friends. I personally enjoy meeting people at the monthly events. We recently renewed our lease and we look forward to continuing our stay at our own resort.
I love living in this apartment complex! It’s like being at the beach with an incredible community!

Legacy Farms is a great place to live and is so convenient to all Huntsville has to offer. A couple of things to consider, there have been 3 managers in the last year. The property is ultimately managed by Evergreen Properties. I'm not certain why there has been so much turnover in management, but this has not been good for the community.
