Beautiful apartments and community. Everything is good until you have to deal with the office staff because the RATS in the apartment. They put some traps and poison but is not enough. The staff is rude and really don’t care about this issue. They accepted to transfer me to another department but I have to pay for it.

hardwood flooring in units above are very very noisy! Better beware of the lease you sign and charges you incur if you have to terminate early!!!

These are the cleanest and most luxurious apartments in the area! The grounds always look immaculate and the amenities can’t be beat. The staff has always been extremely pleasant and helpful. Feels like a 5 star resort!
I am a new tenant having moved in less than 30 days ago. From the moment I first entered the leasing office, the Legacy Staff provided extraordinary customer service that sealed my decision to live @ Legacy Farms. In addition to the excellent customer service, the community and amenities are beautiful! I’m looking forward to living in this beautiful neighborhood.

My fiancé and I love our home here at Legacy and have never had any problems with management or negative experiences with neighbors over the past 7 months. Everyone is wonderful and our golden retriever couldn’t be happier living here.
