The locations was easy to get to. Staff was ok. Talked too much about outside activities. Patients didn’t need to hear those conversations.
I had cataract surgery and there was a mistake during the procedure, which was corrected but the attitude of the doctor was utter disinterest. Follow up with two different optometrists' was equally uncomfortable. Both doctors were indifferent to me while attempting to get me out of the chair as fast as possible, while both technicians who did all the measurements, were even less interested. Dr. Eads could give a master class in how doctors should treat patients. In all my years, I have never encountered a doctor so compassionate and truly caring. She is the real deal!
Efficient and professional staff both for the consultation and surgery; everything was explained in great detail
Terrible bedside manner, snippy and cold. Will not return to see her. Extremely unimpressed.
I have been going to Dr. Gabianelli for many years now. He is Knowledgeable, Professional, and explains everything well. His staff is amazing and have been with him for a very long time which tells a lot. I just had cataract surgery which I was in denial of for years now. It has been such a wonderful experience…and his surgical staff is efficient and caring. My vision is great and I am grateful!
Look elsewhere! Dr. Parul Khator did my cataract surgery, on both eyes, in June 2021. I have severe visual disturbances in both eyes post-surgery. To date, almost a year later, I have not received a phone call, text, letter, "smoke signal" -- NOTHING from her. I emailed her office and assistants requesting to talk to my DOCTOR about my issues, and received no response. Learn from my mistake. Do not use this doctor for your eye surgery. Dr. Gabianelli did a “redo” lens swap following cataract surgery with another provider which left me vision-impaired in one eye. A week later…I’m seeing much better and feel that I have a future again! I also adore his assistant, Candace, who “jumped” on my situation. I am extremely grateful and will be his patient forever!
Excellent visit. She was the fifth doctor I've seen trying to solve my vision problems, and the first to give me any hope. Spent a long time reading everything I brought her and asking pertinent questions. She set up a plan, and explained everything. Office staff was also very helpful and friendly. Wait time was quite long, but worth it to me.
