Verified Renter Overall our experience has been good :) The pools are well kept, staff is always friendly when we go into the office and when we have an issue within our apartment maintenance shows up as soon as they are able with a friendly smile :)

Verified Renter We have been here since 2018. Started out pretty good. Main concern is maintenance consistency. And We miss, Ms.Karen. Alot of the apartment is beginning to unravel. Carpet coming up. Sliding door broken. Everytime someone moves from upstairs we have a leakage problem. We do like community here though no crime really. And people are relatively friendly.

Verified Renter Affordable housing convenient to Lagrange, well maintained and very rapid response to any problems. Anytime I've called with a problem, there is always immediate, friendly response that quickly solves any problem with satisfactory results. Nice quiet place to live for the most part.

Verified Renter It's not bad, but the maintenance isn't what it needs to be. You schedule a service and it might be a month, maybe more before they actually come out and when they do they don't actually fix the issue

Verified Renter My experience at Lees Crossing has been great. I have been here for 3 years and I have felt safe the entire time of living here. The only problem I have is l would like a little bit my lighting space where I’m living.

Disappointed tenant For the amount of money you pay for these apartments they could be a whole lot better. A lot of apartments have structural damage do to foundation issues. And a lot of times if you put in a work order depending on who it is, it’s half done or not at all. The staff is friendly and the leasing office is nice though. They also offer alot of activities for the residents and children.
