Verified Renter For the price that I pay the apartment could be remodeled. Just think they are so out dated. The outside of the apartments looks good and well maintained

Verified Renter It's really expensive for no reason. We've been waiting a little over a year for our apartment to get fixed and still nothing. They steadily go up in price without adding any new amenities.

Verified Renter I have loved my time here at Lee's Croasing. The Office staff are so sweet and helpful. The maintenance staff is on top of everything and so willing to help. I love spending my summers hanging out at the pool. Our apartment is cozy and usually very quiet and we have nice neighbors.

Verified Renter Fairly decent. The Madisons are great. Noise can be a bit of an issue, especially late at night in the parking lot and people smoke pot all the time.
