Verified Renter Fairly decent. The Madisons are great. Noise can be a bit of an issue, especially late at night in the parking lot and people smoke pot all the time.

Verified Renter Great place, close to everything that we need. College, now a new Publix and hospital near by. A lot of good restaurants close .the apartments are not to close to the interstate, but close enough for a few minutes access

Verified Renter My overall experience was no more than expected First apartment was great Second apartment I applied for was never available really and because of need settled for another apartment and I really had no other choice as my need warranted but staff has worked diligently to correct the problems
