I lived at one of Leeder's properties in Cambridge for two years. Adam, the building manager, is kind, responsive, and beyond attentive. Meg, the leasing manager, is a pleasure to work with as well.
Leeder Management deceptively removed their prior Google Maps entry to hide all the bad reviews. Check out other review sites. Don't trust these guys. Great real estate, terrible management. I was a resident of 122 Bowdoin for 4 years. The location of the property is fantastic, but the professionalism of the office staff and responsiveness to the building's needs leave much to be desired. I have rented two apartments (first a studio and then a one bedroom) at the 1 Craigie Street location for the past four years. The building manager Adam has always been super helpful and responsive to anything that has come up. The building is extremely well maintained and both apartments I’ve rented were turned over clean and in good condition. The apartments are unique and have a lot of historical charm.
