RecommendedI am not a fan of buying vehicles but Dylan and the guys at Lee made the purchase of our vehicles enjoyable. My wife bought a Highlander a few months back and when it was time for me to replace my truck, I tried other dealerships but ended up back at Lee where I felt like I was getting a great vehicle for a great price. Overall great experience.
Second time, second disappointment ... I saw the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot and went in to speak to them. For the second time in as many years, Lee Toyota offered me a ridiculously low trade deal. I do my research, I know the numbers, please don't tell me my Toyota is worth $9000 less than the very same one on the lot. "Working a deal" with a company that utilizes old school techniques is insulting. It happened when I traded my Sequoia, and another dealership earned my business.
My spouse and I had a very good experience buying our new Rav4 at Lee Toyota of Topsham. They allowed us to look around on our own, and when we were ready to test drive, Trisha was ready to show us the new technology. She is an outstanding salesperson! Very friendly and no pressure to purchase. She followed up with us, and helped us sign up for "remote start ". I am referring my friends and family to Lee Toyota. Best car buying experience!
