I've been going to Lee Toyota in Topsham for 7 years (same car, too!). There are so many reasons I've kept them for all my car care! The account managers are attentive and keep track of what your car needs, while explaining it to you! The lounge is super comfortable complete with delicious Wicked Joes coffee, Frosty's donuts (book your apt in the am!), free wifi, and plenty of seating. Bre the Rav is white but I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Bre was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and gave my wife and I detailed descriptions of how features worked. Too often it seems, we don't take the time to recognize exceptional service, but not this time.... Bre Cota was our salesperson and she was exceptional. She listened to what we wanted, helped us to clarify specific needs and wants and then presented and explained our options. Cant say enough great things about my experience at lee with Bre Cota! I was so nervous about buying my first car, meeting Bre I felt calm almost instantly. She cut straight to the point to make sure i was only looking at cars that I wanted but were also in my budget and requirements. We had a fun test drive, felt like going on a Sunday drive with one of my girlfriends! Highly recommend not only Lee but also Bre!
