I made an appointment to get Michelin tires and an alignment. The day of the appointment they took my tires off then told me they didn't have the Michelin tires in stock, even though I specifically asked for them in advance. I had to come back the following week. They put my new tires on and said they did an alignment but my car didn't feel like anything had changed, the steering wheel wasn't straight and my car pulled to the right. Back I January I was looking to upgrade my 2013 RAV4 and hopefully walk away with a new one! Dylan Ruscansky was wonderful with helping me find my dream car!
