I just purchased my 4th car (3 new) from Lee Toyota. As always, every single thing about my transaction was smooth and effortless. They go out of their way, and really bend over backwards to get you in a car. In fact, Mike Cosgrove (Sales Mgr) said I wasn't leaving without a car. And I sure did. BTW, that was a great thing. Keep up the great work Lee auto malls!!! Can do no better in Maine!
My daughters lease was ending so we decided to stop in on me our way thru as we unfortunately had to go to s funeral later the same day further north. She did not originally lease with them. From the moment we walked in as two woman we expected the stereotypical greeting but were proven very wrong. Very respectful and friendly. Considerate of our time constraints and just so real. Never felt like We were being given the "pitch". Highly recommend this dealership for an awesome experience
Fresh off a lease arrangement yesterday and would just like to say that my experience was awesome. I have been through the car shopping experience before and often left feeling harassed or berated by sales representatives. Patrick at Lee Toyota did not leave me feeling that way. He took my concerns and addressed them in a professional manner. Bought a 2007 Toyota RAV4 at Lee in Auburn. Had motor issues they sent me to Lee in Topsham. They took such good care of my car!! They are the best. I purchased a 2016 Scion iA from Lee back in June it was my very first time going through the car buying experience I was originally looking at a pre-owned Camry but my great salesman Gary Goodman got in my into car I enjoy and love driving a huge thank you to Gary and Jon in fiance for getting me into a sleek that has all of the bells and whistles I wanted Lee is certainly for me!
