Do not expect these people to stand by their promises, even if they are in writing. They are the kings of bait and switch. Do yourself a favor and never buy one of their pre-paid maintenance plans... They'll make you jump through hoops to get the promised services and you'll be stuck working with them, because it's already paid for.
We had a great experience with Lee Toyota. Walked in to look around at our options and left with a new Rav 4 which I love. Patrick Rogers was very helpful and helped us with all our needs.
I recently purchased a 2017 50th anniversary Toyota Corolla from Trisha. She is the bomb. I was never pressured into anything.
