There was a less fancy Tundra on the lot I liked a lot, I was looking for a 4 dr Tacoma , base 4x4 trim. I found a new base 4x4, 4dr, Tundra for a little less money than any new Tacoma on the lot, nice I liked the bigger truck more than the Tacoma. Jennifer Towers was my sales professional, awesome. She listened , got me into that Tundra with a payment I'm happy with and made sure I knew the truck before left the lot. My wife is talking about going back to Jennifer and buying a 4 Runner Limited. Scott, Andrew, and Jon were all awesome. I'm a salesman, so I approach other salesmen with a certain acumen and critical eye that might be lacking in other situations or interactions with other people. Scott was not just an excellent salesman, but a genuinely nice person -- I can tell when it's fake, and it was NOT fake here. The finance guys were awesome, and I'm happy to recommend this place wholeheartedly.
The service advisors are great to deal with Jennifer and joe are both very nice and helpful.
I just purchased my 3rd RAV4 from this dealership and can say, I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the atmosphere there. Everyone appears to be very happy and pleasant. They have certainly figured out the customer service aspect that will keep people coming back.
