RecommendedI've never bought a house from Lee. But he has known me since about the age of 3 or 4. So I basically grew up knowing him my whole life. Lee is one of the finest and most respected person I have ever known. I can't say enough about Lee. I know there aren't any words that really do him justice. But I do know that if I ever need Lee he would have my back.

We sold our first home under Lee. He researched the market and carefully priced it competitively. He did such a great job, our home sold under a day after being listed on the MLS. When we put in an offer on an older home, he negotiated terms that benefited us greatly. He asked for a vapor seal to be applied to the crawl space.
