Exceeded Expectations Work performed: Remove old roof (although only 13 years old) it was junk. Trim roof OSB decking that original installers did not do. Replace with new fiberglass shingles. Install all new custom drip edge and valleys. (Materials are made in there own metal shop) ventilated roof ridges on all horizontal ridges. This company hand nails all shingles. Unexpectedly Surprised I recently had my roof replaced by Lee Hoffman Roofing. This experience was unexpectedly pleasant and reassuring. The receptionist was very courteous. The estimator was prompt, very knowledgeable and informative. The workers installing the new roof were very professional and left my yard spotless. Sloppy crooked clay roof…. If you choose to use them (which I don’t recommend), do not pay them in full upfront. Their work on our clay roof was very sloppy and crooked. We had to call them multiple times to try and get them to fix it. Every time it was an argument and it took them 3 weeks to finally come out just to look at the sloppy crooked roof.
