No Show I had read several reviews where folks complained that Lee Hoffman wouldn't work on a non-Lee Hoffman installed roof. I am the original owner of a 17 year old house, roofed by Lee Hoffman. First, I was accused by the receptionist of NOT living at the correct address. (900 W instead of 900 E). She had to speak with a supervisor about this. Pleasant experience for us! John, one of the managers for Lee Hoffman Roofing, came over to give us an estimate for re-coating our flat roof and the estimate was very fair. He said the work could be done in a week and we set up an appointment for the following Wednesday. The crew of 3 were punctual and set up to clean the surface of the roof, repair and re-coat the roof. The job was done as specified in the contract and in the time given to us. Re-roofing job complete! Obtained bids from 6 contractors in the Tucson area and Lee Hoffman roofing was the lowest of those with the proper credentials (licensed, bonded and insured). From the estimate to the work to the completion they were highly professional and communicated what was happening at each stage. Would highly recommend them for this type of reroofing job (tearing off old shingles and replacing with new fiberglass ones). Great Company Our roof blew off in the high winds. Lee Hoffman came out and provided a competitive bid and identified some dry rot problems the other estimators missed. When they arrived they protected our patios and shade screen, covered walk ways and work area. When they were done the place looked cleaner than when they arrived. I have seen friends properties after roofers have left and was expecting some followup cleaning to be needed. A very pleasant situation. Disappointed in Tucson.

How Disappointing. I called to get an estimate for roofing repair. We have a small leak in our mission tile roof. The woman who answered the phone asked if they had ever done work for me before. When I told her "no", she told me they aren't "taking on new assignments" right now. Guess the housing industry is booming again and they can afford to turn away business. Unreal.
