Went for a walk in appointment as they suggested at a prior visit. No time available to work on car yet the girl answering the phones made an appointment for a person at 2pm same day. Bad customer service.
WHENEVER I WALK TO THE WAITING ROOM, AFTER LEAVING MY CAR WITH THE SERVICE PERSON, I AM ALWAYS COMFORTABLE THAT MY CAR WILL BE RETURNED CLOSE TO WHEN PROMISED AND THAT EVERYTHING I ASKED WOULD BE DONE. ALL OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL I HAVE ENCOUNTERED HAVE BEEN EFFICIENT, PATIENT AND RELAXED, ESPECIALLY HOLLY, WHO I TRY TO GET EVERY TIME I COME IN WITH MY COMPASS. MY ONLY CONCERN IS THAT PEOPLE WILL BEGIN FINDING OUT HOW GOOD YOU GUYS ARE AND THE LINES AND WAIT TIMES WILL BECOME A HASSEL.
Beware of this dealership! I made an appointment to look at a used vehicle with the intent of trading in my current vehicle should I decide to purchase. The saleswoman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly but when it came down to the numbers she didn’t hesitate to attempt to pull a fast one on me. Went to lee looking for a nice preowned vehicle. Met with Jack who did a great job answering all of my questions and really went above my expectations!
We have purchased two vehicles from LEE, the last being a brand new Durango. We always get our Durango serviced by them. Our experiences with both their sales and service department have always been top notch. We will definitely be returning to LEE once our lease is up!
