I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento and Mike Marsh was very easy to deal with as well as efficient in getting us through the process. Additionally, I had left my coffee mug and glass in the car I traded in. He was nice enough to grab them so I could stop by. Thank you, Mike. My only comment that is less than positive would be that I started getting Sirius XM emails after my purchase. Those had to come from your office. Please ask customers if they would like promotional emails prior to a purchase.
