RecommendedI’ve had nothing but a positive experience since going to Lee Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Westbrook. Chet & Josh in the service department are top notch service advisors and would highly recommend seeing them for any of your auto service needs. I’ve had a plethora of work done including after market parts / upgrades and they’ve always been willing to accommodate me. The work was always done on time, and to my standards. I’d highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle there.
Professionalism, customer service and common sense are just a few things they lack....along with the ability to relocate a lug nut key not once, not twice, not three times but four times. When I explained that they must not have looked too hard (because the lug nut key was LITERALLY exactly where they left it during the previous service (front seat compartment) the employee at the service desk was rude, ignorantly smiling and sarcastic. Super disappointed/furiously angry with my experiences with them.
