The experience was excellent. The appointment was scheduled whenI wanted it and the length of time for the visit was as expected.
Holly in the service department is excellent - personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. The salespeople are easy to work with, and work hard to make a deal happen - we've purchased two jeeps from Lee.

Buying my first wrangler a year ago was difficult at best. I was in the midst of purchasing a house at the same time and made poor Chet wait and hold the one I wanted while I tied up the house part first. He. Was. Awesome!! Bent over backwards with me while I finished up. He is now in service and does an equally super job taking care of me there. They're lucky to have such a dedicated individual on their team. Looking forward to my next purchase from them as well!

Had a recall on my Jeep first time taking it to Lee and left thinking everything was good. Had to take it back that same day because they did not put dash completely Back together plus air bag didn't even look like it fit correctly. 😡

Not happy with the follow up service I've received after buying an expensive 4 door wrangler. Before buying this vehicle we noticed a flaw on the door jamb where the door hits and damages this area. Apparently it's a known flaw to jeep and still they continue to sell these vehicles. I was promised by zach, a salesman, that this issue would be resolved and I would be contacted with a solution to fix this damaged area.
