I have never dealt with such a rude service department. They have a bunch of reasons why they can’t do something and don’t take the effort to help the customer. I even talked with the service manager and he spewed the same lines. I will never use them again. They are no where near customer focused. If you have to use a dealer, pick another one.

Bought Chevy Equinox With Extended Warranty Aug of this year car had tranny problems within first few months spoke to multiple managers about getting a loaner car to get back and fourth to work they gave me story after story i’m telling you stay away from them customer service is only nice until you buy the car from them then everything else is on you.
