Feeling comfortable I came in for a routine cleaning and x-rays and the entire staff was just wonderful, friendly and above all listened to my concerns. Unfortunately for me during the process it was noted that I have some areas that need to be addressed, and those were explained in full on what needed to happen and when. Always welcoming and kind. My visits are always comfortable and you can really tell they do the best to ensure you and your mouth are taking care of thoroughly.
Rachel was personable, friendly and efficient. She provided education by explaining how salivary glands can lead to excess tarter in specific locations within the mouth, which I had never been told in all of my years of going to the dentist. I also appreciated being brought in a few minutes earoy so that I could get back to work.

The staff in the office are very polite and kind. Did not have to wait more than 5-10 minutes, which I find to be very good. Before my cleaning, I was told exactly what was going to be happening and if I had any questions at any time just ask. Everyone, was respectful and helpful. For having to go to the dentist, it was a very good experience.
