The hygienist was prompt, very courteous and friendly. The cleaning was thorough and without any discomfort. The dentist (Dr. Brandt) was also prompt, conducted his check up and then provided a detailed review of his findings. This level of service at this office is routine!
My first visit was very professional but friendly. Most all my questions were answered even before I asked them, to me, another sign of professionalism. The compact office with all the space efficiently utilized was impressive, to me it shows an attempt to keep cost down. The above was not necessary it's already known to you. Again my experience was all positive. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Gurwell and - darn, can't remember her name! - were fabulous in their performance of a potentially painful and difficult tooth extraction. Capable, supportive, understanding - couldn't imagine any better service. Dr. Gurwell even called in the early evening, hours after the morning operation, to check on how I was doing. Amazing.

From the minute I walked in the door until I walked out everyone is very professional and friendly. Everything was explained until I knew was going to happen and what they were doing step by step. Also, I really appreciated the calls I received later in the day.
