Would give 0 starts if I could. They are the reason people die. They let my grandpa sit in soil for almost 2hrs after we asked for him to be changed, he ended up with a massive wound, they weren’t turning him every 2-4 hrs like they’re supposed to. They kept saying his kidneys were failing but when he was sent to hamot his kidneys were fine. Very poor quality treatment for all residents. You have to wait almost 2 weeks for a shower. When you walk in the door your hit with straight ammonia smell that turns your stomach
When my Father died they destroyed his body so we weren't able to say goodbye.
