After my appointment, I was sitting in my truck amazed by the swirl of pleasure I had just experienced at an eye appointment in a short amount of time! Everyone that I had come into contact with from the time I walked in until my departure were pleasant and real. And to think that I almost canceled my appointment after reading the reviews!
1st appointment of the day and waited 25 minutes - TWICE. Had to ask the nurse to see if she was ready. Finally got back to her office and she was online shopping. She also thinks she knows more than everyone. Terrible experience. Used to love that office - now will never go back.
