Trying to get gutters put on a rental house. Called and made an appointment for a quote, they didn’t show. The person I spoke to said they’d call the Mobile manager and then a person called saying he was on the way and be there at 7. Called again at 7:15 to ask for an eta, all while sitting in an empty house waiting over two hours on these guys, and he said he came by but no one was there so he left. I’ll be using another gutter company for my houses.
Straight forward sales, great installers, job done when promised and on time.
Shady business schemes of doing an initial quote upwards $8,000 then saying “there’s a special running, so we will drop it by $3,500 but you need to let us know by 3 days or there isn’t one”. $8,000 for 4 simple downspouts and gutters around the perimeter of a 1300 sq ft is comical.
My technician Anthony was knowledgeable and hard working. The storm was coming in, and then the rain came but he completed the job. Amazing company and crew I would definitely recommend them for any top level gutter work! Quintin Simms Very Satisfied Customer,
