I had to get a tilt wheelchair for my mother. I really had no idea that this was even a thing, or how many options and choices there are to go with it. Mac came out to measure my mom, and has been instrumental in helping me pick one out that will work for her. He is so patient, even when I asked probably 1000 questions. I also bought a tv sit/stand chair for my mom from here, again who knew there was so many choices? I felt like not only did I get some chairs for my mom, but I got lots of education too.
