Horrible customer service called to set up a appointment I had purchased on Groupon for 2 manipedi and only used one the manager gave me 24 hours to use the other one when I called today she said if I didn't come in she would keep the money and I would not be able to redeem the offer which by the way she had already cashed in. They are not allowed to until all services have been rendered. Not only that in order to recoup her loss from Groupon she up charged each additional service over the phone that I asked about. I look forward to my eyelash appointment every time I go. From the moment you walk in you're treated so well, its a beautiful place, and I love coming here! I highly recommend this wonderful spa like feel of an establishment for anyone looking for eyelash extensions, mani-pedi, and hair. If you havent been here, give it a chance, great place!
