Verified Renter Since the new manager has come in all of my needs have been met. Where as the precios manager was never present and took over a year to Not Resolve my fire place issue. The New Manager did it in less than a week! She is truly a Gem and always in the office when you need her. Thank you Le Blanc!!

Customer service During our recent visit to Le Blanc, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Riya. We were very impressed by her professionalism and knowledge of the building. She went above and beyond to understand our preferences and even let us know about upcoming apartments that would better suit our needs. The building is beautiful and we are very excited to come back once the apartment we like is available.
Verified Renter Nice unit but there has been a lot of maintenance issues and it takes a lot of time to have the repairs done. Also, the way that the water bill is spilt between residents is unfair because not everyone uses the same amount of water. I wouldn’t mind if everything was taken care of in a timely matter or if there wasn’t so many maintenance issues with the unit.
Quiet, and Relaxing LeBlanc is located in a really nice neighborhood. They have a lot of amenities available for you such as pool, recreation room, gym, and a quiet refreshing patio to relax. It has been helpful to know how quick and polite the staff is, and always maintaining a clean area. Apartments are very close to various of businesses, and not too far from anything that is needed. Elevator goes out of service time to time, but always the back one available, and stairs if needed.
STOP - You’ve found your new home at LeBlanc! A beautiful building in a excellent location. The community is amazing with friendly neighbors, outstanding management (Philandria) and super responsive maintenance (Christian). Overall, Leblanc is a great place to live!
Very nice place I love living here , it is very clean and bright ! Our apartment is very big and nice ! The maintenance person respond fast to our request ! Philandria is always very helpful and nice !
You get what you paid for Living at this property is owesum , cleanliness, customer care amenities are all on point . The management is so hospitable and respectful. I would recommend it to anyone.
I love LeBlanc!! I’ve been here for three years and I love this place. The manager Suzy by far is the best.
