It was great
Of course they deserve a 5 star "excellent" review! Again, virtually no discomfort during my appointment. Now, 3 days later, just a little pain in the area of the crowns, some discomfort with pressure and cold, but have only had to take ibuprofen a couple of times. Very pleased!
WE REALLY LIKE TRAVIS BARTSCHI. DOUG DOESN'T LIKE EVER GOING TO A DENTIST... BUT LAST TIME HE PULLED 3 FRONT TEETH, HE WOULD ASK DOUG ALL THE TIME HOW HE WAS. HE DID A GREAT JOB-- PULLING HIS TEETH.. THEN HE PERSONALLY CALLED DOUG TO ASK HOW HE WAS DOING.. THAT MEANS ALOT TO A PATIENT!! I'D PASS HIS NAME ALONG TO ANYONE!! THANKYOU!!!
Frankie makes me feel so comfortable when I am there, she goes above and beyond! Travis calls and checks on you after procedure. He even came in on a holiday weekend to work on me.
Dr. Bartschi and his staff are very friendly and professional. They take the time to explain everything that needs to be done and answer all questions. Offer several options for patients with anxiety. I've never been to a dental office before that is so caring and concerned about your experience. 5 stars from me.
