Where did the Lazy Dog Café name come from? One snowy afternoon, walking back into the lodge after a long morning on the slopes, Chris noticed a dog lying by the toasty fireplace. Commenting to his buddies on how much he loved his time hanging out there, he told them he wished everyone could enjoy life as much as that “lazy dog’ by the fire.

Great food with generous portions. We love the pizza and salad and burgers and the pot roast beef dip (to die for). Great service. Lazy Dog does not dissapoint.

We had a party of 19 ppl. The staff and management were excellent. The food is delicious and drinks are soo tasty!!! Thanks for being so accommodating.
I loved the name. I mean how can you resist. The food and service was great and the atmosphere was unique and relaxed. We will certainly come back here especially now that I have family here and more on the way.
