Great time paddle boarding. Our guide, Heather, was very knowledgable and interesting, and took the time to make sure we were paddle boarding correctly. Picked it up in no time. We'll definitely be back when we're back in town!
Definitely a must do if in KW! Great guides, very personable and engaging...lots of great info about the red mangroves and ecosystem! Even saw a manatee swim by!
Yesterday I learned to stand-up paddle board with Holly! I am no spring chicken and had some concerns if I could handle it. The tide was high and strong breezes made for an interesting mix of challenges. Holly is an excellent teacher, speaking and demonstrating the required techniques at the same time, repeating with endless patience and encouragement. RecommendedI recently took the paddle fit class and the paddle yoga while on vacation. I would highly recommend both..the instructors were wonderful/ friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time for paddle yoga and Kyla made me feel right at home..wonderful setting and she took awesome pictures. I am definitely going to try a class at home. Thanks Ladies!!!
