What an awesome combination - paddle boarding and yoga. I’m a yoga teacher and Tara’s class kicked my butt, which I am so grateful for! I brought my friend to treat her for her birthday and Tara surprised her by having the whole class sing Happy Birthday as we sat on our boards post-savasana. Such a beautiful way to spend a morning. Highly recommend!
