I was skeptical at first with having to let them take the laptop to do the repair. But based on the excellent service I received and prompt attention, I would definitely use them again and encourage others to utilize their services. I have used Layer 2 Computers on three different occasions when my computer malfunctions were beyond my ability to fix. The came to the house and got me up and running in a short amount of time. We've been using Layer 2 for about a year on and off as we don't have a lot of IT needs. They are always professional, on time, and efficient. The most recent trip they even helped us increase our internet speed, add service, and reduce our bill! Highly recommended!

Blown away impressed. Sherrie took my inquiry and turned it into action. Sam arrived on time and spent a considerable amount of time trying to duplicate an intricate, random issue with my Lenovo. Wonderful when the "machine" acted up. He was able to improvise and provide me a solution with a commitment to follow up should the "machine" need more attention.
