I thought I had been hacked so I called Layer 2. Nick came out and checked my computer. Good news I wasn't hacked. He tweeked some things on the computer and educated me on some things since I'm technically challenged. Computer is working great and will use them again and would recommend Layer 2 to anyone who is having problems with their computer.

For years I have used the Geek Squad for my computer service needs.What a idiot I have been. These guys are great! Their service rate is very reasonable. We’ve been using Layer II’s monthly service for years, but recently needed to resolve a desktop pc issue and install a new modem and printer. Sam came out and installed the printer and modem and confirmed that the pc was on its way out. He returned 2 days later to install our new pc and transfer data from the old pc. Everything worked like a charm, except we couldn’t access WiFi from our smart tv. He's very knowledgeable & knows how to figure out what he doesn't already know. One of his biggest assets for me is his calm demeanor. When things break down & I'm freaking out, he responds promptly to my SOS and nothing rattles him. That helps me to know it's going to be OK. If you're having computer issues, call Layer 2.
