There has been enough chaos to deal with, what with shifting everything to my laptop at home, without having Word stop working. Yes! Flat stopped allowing me to create Word docs. Layer2 responded immediately, remotely, and I was back to work within 30 minutes. This is not the first time they have saved my butt. I do NOT take their excellent service for granted, that's for sure.
Brad helped us get roadrunner turned over to Gmail. He was patient and professional with us. Great job.
I have been using Layer2 for almost 8 years. They are fabulous! Brad just loaded Windows 10 and I was concerned about down time. NO DOWN TIME AT ALL. I AM SELF EMPLOYED and work from home.
