They have always taken wonderful care of me and my animals (mainly Humphrey) and we have never had any issues. I am so glad they can help me take care of my babies no matter how much of a hassle they are. Humphrey hates getting his ears cleaned out due to his seasonal allergies, yet they have managed to do a professional job all while holding down a panicking 109 Ib German Shepherd which isn't easy.
