I love Dr. Jordan and he always does a great job. His assistants are friendly and caring. The office staff does a fine joy in making me feel valued. The one issue I have is the reminders I receive prior to the appointment. I am an adult. I don't need anyone calling me, giving me an appointment card, texting me, emailing me and sending a post card too. That's a bit much and I take offense because it sends the message that you all don't trust me to keep my appointment. The appointment card is great and perhaps one reminder eit... read more
I am completely satisfied with the services at Lawrenceville Dental Associates. Brenda is my dental hygienist, and she is thorough and gentle. The doctors are always friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy going to my dentist.
I had not been to a dentist in at least 6 years, so it's fairly obvious I don't like going to the dentist. That said, I have no complaints. I was made as comfortable as possible during the work (and I needed more than just a routine cleaning after so long away). Everything was explained beforehand so I knew exactly what was happening. And the costs were itemized so I could see what I was paying for. I felt the appt. I had today was very positive. Always before I dreaded a dental appt. Hoping they did not find a problem. My own cleaning seems not to be good, so I will buy a new elec. brush and try to be better next time.
