I can't thank the professional and kind staff at E&R enough for the reception I got in the middle of the night recently when I was seriously worried I had a cardiac attack. Luckily it wasn't, and after a battery of tests I was released with good and helpful advice which I will follow up on with my regular GP. When you are visiting an area far away from home as I was, falling acutely ill is always very scary. You guys were tops!

I can't believe you care so much about money that you would let go the most important nurse. Nicu children need more attention than any other and you are letting those amazing people go. If it weren't for their constant attention my child wouldn't be where he is now
