Had an appointment, the staff is very professional and courteous. I was seen in less than an hour. I love the staff there.
The emergency room is poorly managed and their triage is a joke. Talking to friends and family and others in the community this is a very widespread opinion. That indicates change is needed. Also their patient advocate rarely returns calls. It is not patient centered health as a hospital should be. On the other hand the maternity ward and NICU are outstanding!!!!!
I had a good experience with the emergency department If I had it find some thing negative to say it was i had to leave by 6 am and they wanted me to stay till 8am so I had to leave AMA besides that they took very good care of me

Last night I had a very bad reaction to antiviral medication that I was prescribed by a doctor I seen earlier at an urgent care. The ER department at Greenwich hospital was amazing. From registration, to the nurses, and the doctors, even the valet. Great experience, considering the situation. Will go back whenever I need medical care! Well done Greenwich hospital!
This was by far one of the best experience we have had for a hospital surgery. All the staff we truly amazing and bent over backwards for us. Ty so much Rhonda and Carrie PS:. Brook you rocked..
