My wife gave birth to our second child here the last day of 2017. No words describe the great assistance we received from everyone at the labor and delivery as well as the maternity departments. To everyone who helped us, thank you so much! Both my wife and I are deeply grateful for all your help, kind words and your work!
Love everything about this hospital all the way to the receptionist. I came in on 12/15 for a total knee replacement revision.Staff was more than accommodating. I had some post op issues staff went into full force to assure I was ok! Big thanks you to dr Berlinger and staff, pacu, icu team, and staff on 2 surg . With the post op issues I had they made sure I felt safe and calm.
I cant believe there is really bad people at Lawrence and Memorial, and im talking abouy the security guard George, since he was really rude with my mom Katia Perez and me, saying a couple of times he did not care that my granpda is dying at the hospital, denying us access. I dont undetstand how he can be security guard at a hospital where there is sick and dying people and not care about said people. Kimberly, in triage was absolutely wonderful. So caring and genuine. The entire staff was outstanding. Very efficient!!
Not a pleasant experience in any possible way, especially the customer service.
