THIS DENTIST IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISATISFIED AND SCARED TO GO TO THE DENTIST AS I WAS TO GO BACK TO HIM. THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO HIM I WAS DISGUGSTED. THE CLEANING INSTRUMENTS WERE NOT CLEAN AND HE HAD TO TELL HIS DA TO CLEAN THEM. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT POLITE AT ALL. UNFORTUNATLY I HAD TO GET A CAVITY FILLED AND I NEVER EXPERIENCED A DENTIST WHO WAS SOO ROUGH WHILE DOING SO. EVER SINCE THAT VISIT MY MOUTH WAS KILLING ME. I CALLED ABOUT A WEEK AND 1/2 LATER AND HE PRESCRIBED AN ANTIBIOTIC THAT DID NOT HELP ... read more

They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. Normally when I visit the dentist, I would expect to be able to tell that the dentist practiced good oral hygiene, but I definitely didn't see that here. Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes
