I visited this provider in November for a cleaning and a consultation. His hygienist spent 20 minutes "cleaning my teeth", He came in and asked me if any of my teeth hurt, I replied "no"-- and he left. Both he and his hygienist do a schlock job. They charged my HMO for a full cleaning and consultation and did not provide either. My adult daughter had visited this provider in past years-- she stated that her "teeth were not clean" when she left-- neither were mine. Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Yes Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all

No, I wasn't given any helpful advice Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Not if my life depended on it Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes
