He is the best on colon surgery
I recently had colon resection due to Diverticulitis. Dr. Stern did the surgery and he did an excellent job. He is a very skilled surgeon and he provided excellent aftercare. I have had no complications and am recovering well. I would highly recommend him.
I just got done with my robotic surgery last August 1, 2018. I am on my wqy to full recovery. Excellent service and would recommend Dr. Stern should you need to have robotic surgery done.

Dr.Stern is the Best Colon Rectal surgeon that you can have to fix your issues. I came to Dr. Stern last summer 2017 after a 2014 colon injury at another hospital. I was left with a colostomy for 3 years. I was told I could get a reversal but I wanted to make sure that I had the best doctor to perform this type of surgery for my purposes. I made an appointment with Dr. Stern. It was a long road but Dr Stern performed my reversal and I'm the best I've ever been thanks to Dr. Stern.
A+ experience with Dr. Stern. Solid, professional MD, not very touchy-feely but definitely knows what he's doing. I needed two procedures and both went off w/o a hitch. I'm now problem free, after years of discomfort. His staff is efficient and handles insurance and other stuff well.
I saw Dr. Stern for my hemorrhoids. My first impression with Dr. Stern was he's a skilled doctor. He is a kind of person who does not smile a lot that makes him look grouchy but it does not mean he is a bad guy. His bedside manner was good. When I saw him for the second time about my pain (not his fault), he showed me his caring and compassion . He did not let me wait for him long that was what I liked about him.
Very satisfactory experience with Dr. Stern. Saw him for some bad hemorrhoids that had gotten progressively worse over the years. Quick non-surgical procedure, painless, well explained, and totally successful. Would definitely recommend.
Abrasive with a poor bedside manner. Very much did not enjoy my interactions with him at all. Would not recommend him.
